Processing Time

We typically ship all in-stock items within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.


Domestic Orders

Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped via UPS to the address provided at checkout. We are unable to change or intercept a package after it has been processed. If needed, delivery changes can be managed through UPS My Choice.

Due to our fraud protection policy, billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders with mismatched addresses will not be processed. We are also unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.


International Orders

We offer international shipping via UPS. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery, which are assessed by the destination country’s customs authority.

Please note: Banhada products are not eligible for international shipping due to brand restrictions. If your cart includes Banhada items, international checkout will be unavailable.

We do not reimburse any customs duties or taxes if you refuse delivery or return an international package. These fees are collected by your local customs agency, and you will need to contact them directly to request any reimbursement.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by UPS, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If your package is not marked as delivered, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with UPS.
