Eligibility for Returns

• Products that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a replacement or refund.
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with photographic evidence of the issue.
2. Unopened and Unused Items:
• We accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed items within 14 days of purchase.
• The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened or used items.
• Clearance or sale items.
• Items marked as “final sale.”
Return Process
1. Submit a Request:

2. Approval and Instructions:
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Shipping the Item:
• Return the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Important Notes
• Unauthorized returns or items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
