Eligibility for Returns

1. Damaged or Defective Products:

 Products that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a replacement or refund.

 Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with photographic evidence of the issue.

2. Unopened and Unused Items:

 We accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed items within 14 days of purchase.

 The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

 Opened or used items.

 Clearance or sale items.

 Items marked as “final sale.”

 

Return Process

1. Submit a Request:

 Contact our customer service team at support@joylashsupply.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

2. Approval and Instructions:

 Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

3. Shipping the Item:

 Return the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

 

Important Notes

 Unauthorized returns or items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.

 We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
